“A remarkable industrial heritage of the City of Montreal”

Bringing happiness to the city is to make people want to stay and live there. Our green project offers sustainable spaces and a generous multicultural program, thus bringing joy and pleasure to users.

Our human-centred approach aims to give citizens the opportunity to reclaim urban space and thus regain a sense of freedom, belonging and attachment to its environment and heritage.
The Cabot Sector and the 4000 Saint-Patrick Street site are places steeped in history whose residents can become proud spokespersons. It is in this context that the redevelopment project of the 4000 rue Saint-Patrick site falls and this is why we propose to call it Les Ateliers du 4000 in homage to the industrial past of the manufacturer which occupied the place.

Happiness in the city also means offering an inclusive and intergenerational territory through unifying living spaces that meet the community’s needs for conviviality.
To do this, Les Ateliers du 4000 contributes to neighbourhood life by acting as a cultural anchor (varied and quality programming), community and economic and as a link to the four surrounding neighbourhoods. To revitalize the Cabot sector, the site is also approached as a dynamic ecosystem that creates jobs and encourages technological innovation.
