Graphic Forms and Functions
Part of the Children’s Festival was to graphically synchronise the exhibitions with the young audience.
Each exhibition’s distinctive characteristic was developed under the adopted framework system. Using their artwork as a guiding means, information was distilled at various levels to produce a representation that was artistically relevant and relatable to different age groups. They further shaped the accompanying typography, colour and organisation.
In prioritising establishing the relationship between experience and content for the young audience, the resulting visual elements communicate in a meaningful and impactful way while embracing strong aesthetics.
